How the Akashic Records help you get better at feeling

As we get deeper into the spiritual path, a challenging truth we must sometimes face is:

There’s no one tool, book, spiritual practice, or healing modality that can “fix” everything for us and make us feel great ALL of the time.

The idea that spirituality will solve all of our problems and make us feel positive, happy, joyful, at peace ALL of the time is a myth.

As we mature on the spiritual path, we realize it’s ok to let go of this myth and to embrace the ups-and-downs, the unexpected detours, the sometimes bumpy road as we genuinely walk that path.

As Ram Dass might put it, it’s all “grist for the mill.”

In other words, anything & everything that arises in life can serve the purpose of waking us up even more; of moving us closer to Who We Really Are and Why We’re Really Here.

This is when we realize that spirituality isn’t some magic pill, cure-all, fix-all thing (or some way to numb ourselves from being here)...

… and that genuinely engaging in meditation, energy work, inner work, the Akashic Records, and other spiritual practices won’t make everything smooth and easy and peaceful ALL of the time…

… but, these tools & practices do help us become better at feeling.

Feeling ALL of our feelings.

Holding compassionate space for ourselves.

Getting in touch with deeply-buried, suppressed, frozen emotions.

Becoming better at ALLOWING all of our inner experiences to be what they are, without attachment to changing them, fixing them, making them go away, overdramatizing them, OR minimizing them.

The Akashic Records are an unconditional space – a living energy field – of love, non-judgment, Higher Truth, and Divine support.

The Records will always bring forward what you most need for your highest evolution… and they won’t let you play small!

The Records will always give you what you most need in the moment… never more, never less.

They know exactly where you are on your Soul’s evolutionary path and will support the unfolding of that path in the most meaningful & aligned direction for you.

Sometimes, this means the Records will help you see, work through, process, and resolve old wounds, patterns, attachments, stuck emotions, outdated beliefs, and karmic “debts”.

The Akashic Field gives us access to a transformative space of non-judgment, deep compassion, and understanding so WE can allow – finally – anything we’ve suppressed or buried to come to the surface.

This liberates tremendous amounts of energy, life force, clarity, authenticity, forward momentum, and a much stronger alignment with your Soul’s purpose.
