In this guided meditation, I was looking around while floating with the stars and saw Earth as a tiny blue dot. It put the nonsensical mind chatter in perspective. This morning, an email from a science news feed referenced Carl Sagan’s term “Pale Blue Dot” from 1994……not a coincidence, a reinforcement.
