Discerning Truth and Light from illusion on your spiritual path

In the last few weeks [writing this in mid-2025], I've gotten an unusual number of questions from people feeling anxious or concerned about how to discern Truth and Light from illusion, as they walk their spiritual paths.

I think this is a sign of the times we're in, which have been generally confusing and chaotic.

It feels like there's some interference trying to distract people AWAY from their true paths, their spiritual expansion, and their effective and powerful use of tools like the Akashic Records - and all the other tools we use as Lightworkers to support ourselves and others.

So, this is a CRITICAL time to take a stand; to reaffirm our commitment to walking the spiritual path in ethical, grounded, and purposeful ways... without allowing any fear-mongering to separate us from what we know is True.

During these uncertain times, what I know for sure is:

We ALL have access to the Akashic Records (if we're willing to meet them at their higher frequency), and the Records are a pure, clear, loving, ever-evolving, unconditional source of Higher Wisdom and guidance.

The Records are here to support us. They have always been here as an inextricable part of the fabric of this Universe.

We're all human AND Divine beings, at the same time. It's through our Inner Divinity that we can connect directly to the Akashic Field of possibilities, of healing, of infinite light.

This Akashic Field is endless, it is incorruptible, and it provides us with the clearest information and reflection of where we've been, where we are, and where our Souls are calling us to go next - i.e., our evolutionary journey as a species, both collectively and individually.

The Akashic Records have sometimes been called the "Mind of God."

As such, the Records provide us with unbiased, helpful, meaningful information so we can navigate human life and our earthly reality from a place of higher wisdom, non-reactivity, heart-centeredness, and unconditional love for all beings.

(Side note: imagine if our so-called world leaders thought and behaved from this place as well... wow. Things would be radically different.)

The Records help us shed illusions and limitations that we may have imposed on ourselves, or that may have been imposed onto us by others (consciously or unconsciously).

The Records help us get beyond ego and fear, so we can reclaim our power and use our power for the highest good of ALL.

Don't allow false narratives, fear-mongering, or scary language (even sometimes coming from within the spiritual community, which is not immune to ego-based agendas and confusion) to distract you from your path.

Verify and test everything you hear (from any teacher or healer, including me!) against your own inner knowing, your heart-wisdom, and your firsthand experience.

What makes sense to you? What feels right, and true, and clear for you? Your heart always KNOWS.

This is a time to awaken, fully, your Inner Wisdom and Inner Discernment.
