Reshaping your life after a spiritual awakening can be an overwhelming experience.
I was recently interviewed on the Refractive Podcast to talk about my own process of spiritual awakening and what it took to rebuild my life afterwards.
In this interview, I talk about the inner nudges that moved me to question my life trajectory and whether I wanted to stay in academia or create something different for myself.
Ultimately, I knew that if I stayed on the academic path (I have a PhD in English Literature) and pursued my goal of becoming a professor, I’d face an uphill, misaligned, draining existence.
So I had to make the choice to follow my inner guidance and step away from the life I spent many years building.
In this episode, you’ll hear me talk about how I came to terms with the life and career changes I felt compelled to make, as well as the wider implications of those changes.
I also share how taking this leap of faith has brought many opportunities for healing and growth along the way.
